My Best Friend Wedding Party

I am super exited to share my best buddy’s wedding reception, held at Crowne Plaza hotel, Houston. We were thrilled to attend the red carpet “the Knot Gala reception” at Crowne Plaza on November 7th. My friend was tensed while booking her wedding reception venue, because choosing the right place for most auspicious day of their life was not an easy task. But Crowne Plaza makes it easy - offering the perfect setting for a stylish, romantic and classy wedding. My friend booked one big and stylish banquet hall for their knot gala reception. There were two hundred guests took part the ceremony. It was a never forget event for both guests and newly married couple with world class hospitality, live band, beautiful wedding cake and some delicious cuisine.

Bridal make up:Juile was looking gorgeous with her elegant white bridal gown with pick up skirt. The slim bodice provides a chic contrast to the full skirt. Crystal belt add a new style to the gown.

Wedding cake and desert:Juile had ordered a traditional round wedding cake with layers of cream, chocolate and frosting. The big multi-layered white color cake was perfectly matched with the style and theme of the wedding. There were a desert section with a selection of gourmet treats and candy bar.

Inside the party bus rental
The Food:The food was amazing and prepared by the renowned chef, Lorgat of Crowne Plaza. There were tons of fruit, cupcakes, chocolate for the guest. The fruits were dipped in the dark chocolate, caramel, white chocolate fountains. The cupcakes had been iced successfully and setup properly on the stand. I can’t resist myself. The cupcakes were quickly eaten. The dinner was excellent as we expected, and was topped off by delicious piece of wedding cakes, deserts, chocolates and drinks.

Wedding party bus:
I was surprised that Juile booked a big party bus rental instead of wedding limo for their wedding. I was told party buses are in high demand today for wedding party or bachelor party or sporting event. It is Great value too, because you need not to hire number of traditional limos to transport your wedding guests or friends. It was much cheaper than cabs and even cheaper than SUVs or limousines. A big party bus can get as many as 40 to 50 guests at a time with all modern facilities and luxury. It had lot of room to transport everybody. This journey was awesome! Not only we traveled very comfortably with our entire group of friends together, also we enjoyed the one and half hour journey with music and other entertainment on board.
Party Bus
An upscale party bus was booked from the Busbank, the premier party bus rental company. It was equipped with giant plasma TV, full bars, good sound system, climate control and comfortable leather wrap sitting arrangement for 40 plus guests.
There were some other features like;
  1. Dance poles
  2. Well décor interior
  3. Neon lights
  4. 40 inches flat screen plasma TV
  5. Stereo and CD/DVD player
  6. Full bar area
  7. Three thousand watts plus surround sound system
  8. Restroom
Congratulations to Juile and her husband Bill and thanks to them making the great event amazing!

Spain in Fall - Autumn Tours

Most travelers consider Barcelona, Spain to be one of the most beautiful & pictorial places on the earth and also best places to live. It was voted by National Geographic Community as being the best beach city in the world. It is a mix of modern and historic architectural wonders coupled with modern culture, sandy beaches, and soccer ball loving people. There are lots of historical places to visit; like Casa de Les Altures, National Museum of Art, Barri Gotic, La Pedrera, Santa Caterina mall, La Boqueria food mart. So we decided Barcelona be our next destination. My friends suggested us fall season (September-October) is the wonderful time to vacation in Spain. Autumn in Barcelona is sunny and colorful. Red, yellow, orange and other vibrant colored flowers, leaves are seen every where in Barcelona, that makes a fairy tale town. Hotel rooms were easily available; getting a good room wasn’t difficult compare to in July or August month. City travel guide and Charter bus rental were also within our means. So we fixed early October date to begin our tour.

After reaching the city airport, we haired a charter bus from a local bus charter hiring agency for the entire tour. It was a Deluxe Motor coach. It had high back and comfortable reclining seats for 30 people with TV/DVD and PA systems. This private bus charter service made our tour more comfortable and easier. We got more time to spend at the popular city attraction. No hassle, no public transport, wasting time for parking place, we enjoyed the tour with the charter bus. Also it is essential if you are not staying in the city center.
We enjoyed the first day at the stunning golden sandy beach at Barcelona; Barceloneta. It was one of the nearby beach to our hotel; Las Ramblas hotel. We parked the charter bus on the road nearby to the beach and walked for 10 minutes to reach. We did lots of things besides swim. The crystal clear blue water was great to go for a dip. We did kite surfing which is popular sport here. We enjoyed a refreshing drink from a beach huts.

Next day we went for the city tour. Our next stop was Barcelona Museums. There are more than fifty five museums in Barcelona covering lots of subjects including art, history, and science. La Sagrada Familia was one of them. The architecture of La Sagrada Familia was influenced by the great Antoni Gaudi. The giant temple of La Sagrada Familia was built in 1882.
Our next stop was Nou Camp; the charter bus driver told us the Nou Camp is the base camp for FC Barcelona football club. It had two parts for sport lover traveler. One was museum and other part was football ground, VIP lounge, player’s change room.
We had completed our day trip visiting other attractive places including the Museu Maritim museum, the Dalí museum, Montjuic park, and Santa Caterina market.

It was the most enjoyable tour I ever had in my life.
